You can definartely taste a hint of pine and fresh air. The beer is very easy drinking and has no aftertaste. Appearance is great. Yellow white coulour. Not typical for a true weissbeer. Quite a sweet aroma, with banana and bubblegum coming through strong, with some orange notes and a hint of yeast and herb. Incredibly smooth in body, with the banana and bubblegum flavours dominating each mouthful..An orange and citrus finish. No surprises after the aromas - a fresh and smooth weiss beer. hobbersr (416), Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Dec 20, 2009 Smells floral and purfumee, almost rose like, a bit odd for a beer. Hazy and light yellow with red hues, fairly clear. nice lacing. Easy tasting, very smooth, only lightly malty, as I drink more it becomes much more floral and almost like baby powder in the nose. Like a beer for the wood elf ladys or something. quite nice and bubbly on the toune, smooth aftertaste. Quite a nice easy beer, a bit more floral than I would usually like, this one is wearing just one or two puffs too many of that nice purfume. bhensonb (4384), Woodland, California, USA

Same label as illustration, except Biere Blanche replaced Snowfresh. Hazy golden color with a large, foamy white head. Aromas of citrus/coriander? Medium minus body w/mild carbonation. Like Hoegaarden with fruit and veg. Finishes with light clove. Very drinkable. DougShoemaker (2856), Toronto, Canada
