A really nice beer on a lazy day. Pours hazy blonde, palate is very nice with hints of citrus and hop. Very enjoyable.

Bottle via trade with piscator34 - shared with jerc, blankboy and tupalev. Thanks to jerc for finding the listing for this one! Slightly hazy light gold with a wispy head. Aroma is quite herbal/medicinal, really interesting, with notes of yeast, citrus and banana. Standard weiss flavour profile enhanced by those mysterious "alpine herbs". I quite liked this one.

Meduim yellow in colour with strong carbonation and lots of haze. Typical hefeweiss aromas of lemon, bubblegum, and banana, along with some additional floral and herbal notes. Spot on mouthfeel with the heft of the wheat being balanced nicely by the carbonation. Considerably more fruity and herbal than your average hefeweiss in terms of flavor. The cloves, lemon, and vanilla are still there, but the peppery "alpine herbs" definitely spice things up a bit. I wasn’t really sure what to expect with this one, but it’s shaping up to be a nice summery pint.

330ml brown bottle. Pours pale yellow. Hazy. Nice sized white head. Wheaty aroma with pink gum notes and vanilla. Flavour is malty and wheaty, some citrus, finishes with a lot of yeast and vanilla aftertaste and a trace of grass. Light carbonation and body.

Pours a hazy pale yellow with a milky-white thin head and nice lacing. Lovely full, spicy aroma - sweet with a bit of coriander. Taste is similar, but adds cloves to the mix, as well as fruitiness - pineapple for sure. Leaves a pleasant well-balanced and blended aftertaste with plenty of spice and a light warmth to the finish. Creamy, light body, and decent carb. This is a very good session wit, and the herbs are present but balanced.

Pours a hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is spicey, fruity and herbal. The flavour is light, with some banana being the most prominent flavour, a little coriander, and a bit of herbal alpin bitter finish. A damn refreshing beer, with great drinkability. Cheers!

330 ml bottle from the LCBO. pours hazy yellow white an everlasting pure white head. aromas of belgian wit and bubble gum. flavours are very similar to the aromas. the alpine herbs add an interesting twist. reminds me so much of bubble gum. enjoyable but i couldnt have to in a row. nice beer if you were on a date and planned to make out after. i will buy this one again.

Pours a semi-hazy olive yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and floral. Raisins, prunes, and wheat with lots of spices. Taste is similar with some doughy bread notes along the line of a belgian style ale. Has a bit of an herbal twist to it also. Smooth oily feel with a little bit of a sticky finish. Had this one a long time ago and hated it but I suppose now I’m more used to the style and think this a pretty nice beer. Give it a try.
