Jun 22, 2007 Bottle. I like the appearance of this bottle (with the alpine mountains on it). Cloudy yellow color with a big white head. Aroma is wheaty, fruity, citrusy, and I never smelled "Alpine herbs" before, but I think I smell them now. A pretty sweet wheaty flavor, a bit herbal, with very light acidity maybe, with fruitiness, some banana, some lemon and some spices. Light to medium bodied. A good weissbier with a nice little twist.

Jun 29, 2009 Pours a hazy golden white. Aroma is a typical weissbier aroma - sweet, spicy and floral, with a bit of bubblegum. Flavour is subtle and refreshing, with the sweetness and bubblegum coming through again. Palate is clean with a good amount of carbonation. Overall quite nice.

[eyes] good yellow color, the head is smoth bu creamy
[nouse] gooood sweet, frash and gentile weat aroma.
[mouth] Austria in germany??? good weiss beer, the flacor is great, fresh, medium body...
Gooood weissbier of austria, bravo!

Oct 26, 2008 Excelente Weissbier! Extremamente refrescante, ótima formação de espuma, além dos tradicionais sabores de banana e cravo, bem como no aroma, essa cerveja tem notas de hervas bem distintas e também notas cítricas. No final traz uma boa sensação refrescante.

May 25, 2009 Golden to amber with nice white head, aroma is a bit winey with malt sweetness, fruit aroma like peach pineapple and some strawberry, nice acidity as well, flavor is maltish very sweet with some biscuit, vegy tones and flowers, very lively and unique although bitterness is missing. Medium texture. Good beer
