Oct 25, 2009 From the 12 fl. oz. bottle with no lot code or date shown. The pour is pale yellow with a thin fizzy head and a bubbly carbonation. There is not much to whiff in the aroma. I note something corny and a faint hint of hops. The taste is a bit more malty than the aroma but otherwise it is basically plain and ordinary.

Aug 9, 2009 Bottle from Vendome in North Hollywood.. Pours straw yellow with a thin white head.. Aroma was sweet and bready, slight biscuit aroma as well.. Flavor was citrusy and that was about it. Not the best pale lager out there.

Aug 9, 2009 12oz bottle courtesy of DuffManSW. Pale gold appearence, if that’s a color, but that’s what I get out of it. Kind of smells like that sweet hawaiian bread, very bready. Not a whole lot of flavor going on here, slight citrus zing, but not much else, very bland and boring. (971)

Jul 20, 2009 Had this at a bar in Atlanta, the problem with that evening was I can’t really remember the bar, but I remember the beer. This reminded me of Skol Beats. It was a little sweet if you ask me, along the line of Corona sweet. I can’t really explain it. Very light; too light, actually. Had this out of the bottle, so in terms of appearance, I was having to look through the bottle. As said, I believe this to be about as close to Skol Beats as possible. Has that urine, almost bright yellow appearance. Nothing special here. Not horribly watery, but not a great palate either. I was intrigued by the name, and then quickly saw that it just wasn’t anything special. Now if I could only remember the name of that bar/club....?

Jun 12, 2009 12 ounce bottle from Trader Joe’s in Richmond, VA. Pours a pale straw color with a thin wispy head of no consquence. Aroma is light grain and nothingness. Taste is grain, straw and nothingness. Thin, watery and absolutely inoffensive. Damn.
