Bottle shared by largadeer on BA in a quest for the worst beer ever tasting. Wow, Eel River, WTF? Is this really a beer? This is basically the acai berry version of what I’d expect Bud Select 55 to taste like. Pours a clear, watery golden-yellow with a small white head. Aroma is very light with butter and light fruit juice. Flavor is mild acai berry, seltzer water, just a touch of wheat, and butter. Palate is almost exactly like Fruit2O or some other carbonated fruit water. Hey, at least it’s drinkable. Good way to hydrate.

22 oz. bottle - Pours a clear light golden color with a half finger thick white head. Very little lacing. Aroma is light herbal hops and very light berry. Flavor is light berry. Not a lot going on here. Still, it’s a drinkable beer. Just wish I didn’t have a whole 22 oz. bottle to drink.

Golden clear color, light body hue with a decently sized white head. Aroma is blueberry like. Flavor is really arresting at first, like flat soda water. Just a light hint of wheat in the end.

Slight off aroma that reminds me of the old permanent hair treatment or slag from a blast furnace. Good initial tingle. Has a slight haze on an otherwise pale lager looken beer. Oddly, almost tart. Finish is fairly friendly and it sizzles a little.

Draft. Pours light gold with a white head. Berry sweet aroma, close to a raspberry or a blackberry. Light wheaty flavor with the same fruity berry sweetness. Decent.

Bomber from Bevmo, La Mesa. Light golden in color upon pouring. Sweet berry aroma. Light grainy flavored brew with a little bit of fruitiness. Clean and refreshing. Not very flavorful.

Nice light berry aroma. Clear color. Flavor is somewhat similar to a blueberry or blackberry beer. A bit wheaty but decent enough.
