From a 22 oz bottle this poured a golden yellow with a moderate white head and light lacing rings. Nose is wheat and what I assume is the Acai Berry. Kind a light and fizzy mouthfeel.. Flavor is very mild and the same wheat and berry found in the aroma. The finish is a big hint of, well, nothing. While this is a local brewery, and I wish I have nicer thing to say, overall this is not a very enjoyable beer.

I would have to put this into the good experiment category. The acai is really to sweet. The wheat does not put up much of a counterpoint that is needed to make this beer a bit more balanced. Might work better with a new wit style.

Fruity Aroma, Pours light yellow with a lacy edge of head. The taste is somewhat fruity. Mouthfeel was somewhat thin. Not all that great!

Tallahassee, Fl. - New Leaf Market, 12 oz bottle. Pours a slightly murky light golden with little to no head. Aroma has a tinge of sour garbage to it with some hints of berries. Flavor has some sourness to it with a brief mention of berries but it is somewhat muddled. Somewhat reminds me of drinking orange juice after brushing your teeth. Mouthfeel is thinnish. Overall, forgettable.

Fruity, pastry aroma. Almost clear, straw gold, fair label. Crisp, mostly dry, enough berry in there to make things interesting, pilsener/kolsch hops (but not that bitter). Medium-light body. The only real flaw was a bit of sulphur in the finish. Not a big beer, but it’s well done and refreshing. New Leaf Market.

From a bottle poured a hazy golden color with a fair amount of head. Light fruity flavor on a not that good wheat beer flavor.

Thin white head of fine bubbles from a vigorous pour. Dissipates quickly. Light fruity aroma with some grainy aromas, berries and wheat. Color is a clear dark gold. Weak tart flavor with some more berries, dry grains, and chalky wheat. Pretty weak and dry flavor. Finishes tart berries and dry grains. Not a very good beer.

12oz. Bottle: Aroma of slight wheat, berries, and artificial sweetener. Poured yellow/straw in color with a large, creamy, white head that diminished quickly but lasted throughout. Cloudy. Barely sparkling. Full of tiny particles throughout. Flavor is medium sweet. Tastes of berries, black berries, grains, artificial sweetener, and wheat. Light to medium body. Tingly texture. Average to lively carbonation. Grain, wheat, blackberry, and artificial sweetener finish is slightly dry.
