Commercial Description:
With an exceptionally crisp palate, this ale balances the light malt palate with a subtle bitterness. This ale is an ideal beer for those unaccustomed to micro-brewed beers.

Pours clear golden color with white head. Biscuit malt aroma. Some malty and fruity flavors but overall it is very bland. Medium body with above average carbonation.

On tap at the brewpub. Clear looks, yellow golden in color, light white head. The smell is light, floral, malts, some grains, and hops. The taste is weak, slight, malts, grains, and hops.

Good starting head that leaves some spotty lace. Straw is the color of the liquid with a touch of haze. Mild, but pleasant blend of the classic pale malts and flowery hop. With the lightest of pale malts, there is a slight sourness to the initial sip. The carbonation is high--high enough to bubble over the bottle. It cuts through the body making this beer overly spritzy. Overall, this is a pleasant and easy-to-consume lighter, but flavorable, beer.

Pretty good floral hop aroma for a blonde. Wow, what a great surprise! Seems more like a pale ale almost to me, but is excellent nonetheless. Can a blonde ale be my favorite from a brewery??

[Bottle] Pours a clear golden color with some white head. Aroma of light malts and grass. Mellow fruity taste. Some biscuit flavors in there as well. A crisp light hop finish. Average carbonation and mouthfeel. Seems like a pretty well made beer without any glaring flaws.

Tap at RNH. Deep golden beer. Lightly hazy with a thin white head. The aromais lightly herbal and loaded with crisp fresh pale malt. Very toasty and fresh with a light wheaty tartness. I’m kind of surprised at how expressive the malts are in here. Low bitterness, just a light herbal kick on the back. A surprisingly tasty summertime brew.
