Commercial Description:
With an exceptionally crisp palate, this ale balances the light malt palate with a subtle bitterness. This ale is an ideal beer for those unaccustomed to micro-brewed beers.

Bottle Pours a clear golden with a white head. The head deminishes quickly and leaves spotty lacing. Has faint aromas of floral, bread, corn and grass. Has an average carbonation. The texture is watery. The taste is good but not awesome. Good blend and flavors are tasty. The body is light. Has an okay finish and aftertaste. An easy drinking beer which is made to specs.

On tap at the brewpub. Clear looks, yellow golden in color, light white head. The smell is light, floral, malts, some grains, and hops. The taste is weak, slight, malts, grains, and hops.

Good starting head that leaves some spotty lace. Straw is the color of the liquid with a touch of haze. Mild, but pleasant blend of the classic pale malts and flowery hop. With the lightest of pale malts, there is a slight sourness to the initial sip. The carbonation is high--high enough to bubble over the bottle. It cuts through the body making this beer overly spritzy. Overall, this is a pleasant and easy-to-consume lighter, but flavorable, beer.

Pretty good floral hop aroma for a blonde. Wow, what a great surprise! Seems more like a pale ale almost to me, but is excellent nonetheless. Can a blonde ale be my favorite from a brewery??

[Bottle] Pours a clear golden color with some white head. Aroma of light malts and grass. Mellow fruity taste. Some biscuit flavors in there as well. A crisp light hop finish. Average carbonation and mouthfeel. Seems like a pretty well made beer without any glaring flaws.
