Commercial Description:
With an exceptionally crisp palate, this ale balances the light malt palate with a subtle bitterness. This ale is an ideal beer for those unaccustomed to micro-brewed beers.

Tallahassee, Fl. - Publix Supermarket - Killearn - 12 oz bottle. Medium golden, sparkling pour with a tight white head. Clean aroma with hints of black pepper. Flavor is slightly crisp with some hoppy notes and hints of butter. Refreshing to say the least. Mouthfeel is clean and smooth.

Muddy-looking. Ugh. Vague pale malts. Not much carbonation at all. Herbal hop accents. A weak attempt at a weak concept.

Bottle at Zekes in Miami. Gold pour, white head. Not bad for what it is. Good malt nose with some light citrus hops. Flavor is bright and a decent mix of malt and hops. Some light sweetness and light bitterness. Ok.

12oz bottle from Canals. Pours a slightly hazy orange with an average size foamy white head. Aroma has a touch of corn sweetness but is basically just some malts and grain. Medium to light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Flavor is grain and malt. Meh, wasnt expecting much and didnt get much.

Good session beer. Not heavy on the palate. Smooth mouthfeel and crisp finish. Hints of light malt and some hops throughout.
