Commercial Description:
With an exceptionally crisp palate, this ale balances the light malt palate with a subtle bitterness. This ale is an ideal beer for those unaccustomed to micro-brewed beers.

Bottle. Pours pale amber gold with small foamy white head. Grainy faint aroma. Light malty flavour with not much finish. Finish that is there is slightly malty. Maybe a starter beer for someone trying to get off the industrial liquids, but not much more.

Draft @ Eel River. Pours a clear pale golden color with a small white head. Has a malty grainy aroma with some hoppy hints. Malty grainy bready with some grassy hoppy hints. Has a sweetish malty grainy finish.

Poured a clear yellow, with some nice carbonation going on. It kept a nice lacy head. The hoppy aroma, though light, was plesing. The mouthfeel was nice as was the bittering on the back side.

Bottled A golden orange coloured beer with no head. The aroma is hoppy and there are caramel notes. Sweet and sour character both in the mouth and nose. A caramel sweetness dominates over the hops. Chewy and tasty. An amber ale in all but colour

Bottle. Slightly hazy orange gold color with a decent off-white head. Aroma is citrus floral hop. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is roasted caramel in a light way with citrus and floral hop notes. Finishes somewhat astringent. Could be a rough ESB. It will definitely do.

Bottle 355ml.
Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, roasted, old malt, dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, very dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (050808)

Thin head of fine bubbles. Dissipates rather quickly. Interesting aroma. I am getting a little bit of black rubber in there. Strange. Light roasted grains and strange spices. Color is a orangish brown. Mild flavor with some dry grainy notes and more spices. Almost floral like in flavor at time. Maybe from the hops they used. Finishes a bit hoppy and dry. An ok brew.

The only not organic beer I got from my retailer this time. It was nice to drink but too bitter to me.
