Commercial Description:
Our certified organic interpretation of a West Coast Pale Ale. This medium-bodied beer has a hoppy bouquet and a distinctive rich taste with a caramel-like sweetness that is balanced with a liberal dose of domestic Centennial and imported East Kent Golding hops. Certified organic, certified good.

Pours amber with a fizzy almost tan head that manages to hold a thin cap. Strong caramel coming from the pour, some orange zest and baked bread/biscuit tones as well. Flavour is medium maltiness, sweet cookie and caramel, light orange marmalde like hop balances well. Overall a solid amber and a very good value for a bomber under $6.

12 ounce bottle from Vintage Cellar in Blacksburg, VA. Pours a hazy dark amber color with a medium head. Small floating particles. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of toasted malts, nuts and caramel. Taste is caramel, toffee, toasted malts and a light fruity finish. Medium bodied.

decent amber ale. Poured a dark amber hue with a white head. It seemed darker than other amber ales. Aroma was mostly malty some roasted notes some caramel a little hops too. Flavor was somewhat sweet some bready notes to it. Finished smooth.

Bottle acquired via Sparky27...THANKS ERIC!!! Definitely the best of the bunch...aroma of caramel malt and toffee. Burnt orange body with a razor thin eggshell head. Flavor is as sweet as the nose but isn’t really cloying. No off flavors and, although thin, still enjoyable.

~Pours a murky amber color with small white head. ~Has a sweet malt scent. Light hops. ~Bitter sweet taste, possibly some citrus. ~Medium feel, light bitter finish. ~An ok amber. Enjoyable, but nothing stands out.

12oz bottle from BevMo! Mission Valley. The pour is a really deep amber color, with lots of lively carbonation. Some fresh fruity aromas, a nice mixture of hoppy and malty aromas. Toasted malty flavors, caramel and just the right amount of hops. Not bad

I was hoping this would be decent, considering i picked it up on sale. It turned out all right however. Poured a semi cloudy amebr colour with hints of red near the bottom. Medium sized white head. Biscuity for sure- aromas are nice and soft with decent hop character. Rich and zingy on the tongue with a bready flavour. Overall nice and clean.
