Commercial Description:
Our certified organic interpretation of a West Coast Pale Ale. This medium-bodied beer has a hoppy bouquet and a distinctive rich taste with a caramel-like sweetness that is balanced with a liberal dose of domestic Centennial and imported East Kent Golding hops. Certified organic, certified good.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with a one finger beige head and splotchy lacing. The nose is toffee, toasted malts and light earthy hops. The taste is pretty much the same with a slight burnt malt coming in at the very end of the finish. Medium body. Meh, nothing to write home about but drinkable.

Flavor and bodied tilted to the thin side, some sweet malts, caramel and adequate bitterness. Sampled @ World Cafe Live Beats, Brews and BBQ.

Amber with a thin tan head. Aroma of caramel, toffee and bready malt. Taste of sweet malt, toasted malt with some mild Vienna malt. A bit thin and finishes up with some malt bitterness. Could use a few more hops in here.

APPEARANCE: Pours a clear amber color with a large off white dissipates slowly. There is a moderate amount of lacing. AROMA: Mild aroma of toasted malts and corn syrup like sweetness. TASTE: Not a lot going on here. Lightly toasted malts with a light caramel sweetness. I am also picking up tastes of minerals and soap. A touch of earthy hops. MOUTHFEEL Light to medium body with a relatively dry texture. Light fizzy carbonation. DRINKABILITY: Easy drinking beer but needs a little more flavor to make it interesting. Also I don’t like the hint of minerals and soap at all. NOTES: BBCSD-0901-Patrick

Not really impressed with this brew. Couldn’t really separate any particular flavor/aroma. Pretty generic.

Bottle. Pours an amber body with a white head. Sweet caramel malt, a light nuttiness, light floral and earthy hoppiness. Simple so so.

Draft @ Eel River. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a malty caramel aroma with some hoppy hints. Sweetish malty fruity caramel flavor. Has a sweetish malty caramel finish with some hoppy hints.

From bottle... poured amber with quick white head. Aroma was roasty dirt. Not much flavor at all. Some malts, mainly water with a bitter end. Not a fan.
