Commercial Description:
Our certified organic interpretation of a West Coast Pale Ale. This medium-bodied beer has a hoppy bouquet and a distinctive rich taste with a caramel-like sweetness that is balanced with a liberal dose of domestic Centennial and imported East Kent Golding hops. Certified organic, certified good.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of Degarth. Pours a slightly hazy amber golden with an off-white head leaving some lacework. Weird, unclean aroma of rye bread and roasted malt. Medium body, sweetish, roasted malt - but again oddly unclean. Dry, lightly hoppy finish. 270907

Bottle. [Courtesy of Papsoe] Average off-white fine bubbly head that mostly diminished. Fair display of lacework. Amber color. Aroma of fruit, floral, caramel, butter, roasted malt and nutty notes as well. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Light to moderated bitter flavor with light sweetness. Light dry and bitter finish.

Amber. Small cream colored head. Aroma of honey graham cracker, stale cheddar, light dose caramel. Similar flavor, more caramel and less cheese with an added bit of hops on the finish. Light body, balanced carbonation. Drinkable.

Pours a burnt orange color with a small off white head. Smell reminds me of 3 day old cheese, mixed in with dirty socks. Its gotta be that organicness. The taste is slightly bitter, some malt character up front, which turns into mild hops in the finish. Absolutely boring, and not very big on flavor.

Poured from bottle...Very nice light tan head...good lacing and looks great. Color is a very nice reddish amber with decent carbonation...very appealing. Very good hoppy sweet aroma....The flavor hits you right away...very heavy caramel....bitter...nice taste, but not totally balanced....

Bottle...a little on the hoppy side than malty, which I prefer, mouthfeel a bit flat, though. An OK amber overall.
