Aroma of yeasty bread, citrus/floral hop and ? Something musty? Anyway, the aroma is attractive. Slightly hazy orange tinged amber color with a decent white head that left lace spotlets as it filmed. Medium bodied. Light carbonation that lead to creaminess as it departed. The flavor seems to start with a slightly sour citrus, followed by nutty malt flavors. This finish leaves suggestions of hazel nut, a veg character, and enough citrus sour bitter to make it work.

12oz bottle. Poured a medium to deeper golden color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of yeast, spiciness, lightly fruity, and citrus. Tastes follow suit. Fizzy and over carbonated body that completely detracted from the tastes. Overall the aromas and tastes were on the light side and nothing seemed to work well together.

Thanks to hopdog. Pours a lightly hazy golden with hints of amber and a smaller bubbly white head. Aroma of apple, various fruits, vegetal, some citrus and just kind of off. Flavors of the same and lots of earthy, yeastiness.

Bottle purchased at Vulcan Beverages, Birmingham, AL. Pours sparkling orange with an average off-white frothy head, mostly lasting, good lacing. Aroma is average malt (bread, cereal), heavy hops (flowers, perfume, pine), average yeast (sweat) with notes of apple, peach and honey. Light bodied, oily texture, average carbonation and a bitter finish. Light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.

Aromas of American hops and fruityness, flavor is quiet astringent with prickly carbonation. Tastes like poor grain quality, unfortunatly alot of organic beers have this quality. Some carmel malt flavor finishes dry enough. Well, its organic so I dont feel so ripped off. I guess.

On cracking the bottle, a big, sweet strawberry and sunflower seed aroma. Big spongy head on top of oak colored clear beer. A good idea for a label, but somebody fouled it up in the execution. Twistoff, California micro bottle. Grassy, tart, a bit vegetable -- pumpkin seeds, squash -- medium bittering, some citrus, some caramel. Some chalky impressions in the finish, pumpkin seed aftertaste in the high palate. Interesting.

Bottle. I think this beer is underrated, maybe because it is a fairly simple American Ale. It has lots of unique qualities at second glance, though. Lots of fruity, citrusy hop flavor, nice pour.

The aroma is citrus hops and bread like yeast and malt. The appearance is hazy orange/gold with a HUGE head (this beer is 100% head when poured)! The flavor has caramel malt with lemon grass and sour dough bread. The palate is thin. This beer was even better than expected.
