The aroma is sweet with a sharp hop note. The flavor is sweet spicy and hoppy, again somewhat sharp, but also notes of fruit in the back ground - primarily oranges. The body is boringly thin. Orangy brown, decent creamy head, some lace. Delicious pale ale - hoppy nose. Hoppy, malty, both very balanced. Nothing wrong here, well-done pale ale. hopdog (5562), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jun 6, 2007 12oz bottle. Poured a medium to deeper golden color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of yeast, spiciness, lightly fruity, and citrus. Tastes follow suit. Fizzy and over carbonated body that completely detracted from the tastes. Overall the aromas and tastes were on the light side and nothing seemed to work well together.
