Commercial Description:
Brewed with the finest organic malts and hops, our IPA features a bright-minted copper color and a crisp, yet smooth hop bitterness. Pale and crystal malts come through with a malty caramel sweetness, balanced with aggressively clean burst of fresh hop flavor in the middle palate without lingering bitter astringency. A strong floral and citrus character from generous dryhopping blends with strawberry esters from our house yeast strain for an inviting and satiating aroma.

12 oz. Bottle. The beer pours a slightly cloudy light copper color with a big foamy white head and sticky lacing. Some earth and herbal hop notes in the nose. There is almost sour malt note there as well. The taste is clean and crisp but the hops are muddled but not too bad. It could use a little more bitterness for balance. It could use a little more body. The mouthfeel not as chewy as some of the IPAs that I like.Overall not a bad beer, just not great.

Pours a medium to light coppery hue, from a 12 oz bottle. Formed a small eggwhite shell colored foamy head. Aroma of pines, floral tones with a slight malty hint. Flavour was a balanced malt hoppy bitterness, tangerine rhines in wet field grass.

bottle - Pours a slightly hazy deep copper color with a thin white head. It has a mild hop aroma. The flavor is of caramel malt with strong citrus hops bitterness. The dry finishes has the expected lingering bitterness. It’s alright, but it’s nothing special.

Bottled. pale coppery/ambery colour with mediumsized fluffy off-white head. Aroma is caramel, fruity hops as well as some mild earthy notes. Flavour is quite much the same. Very pleasantly balanced IPA.
