Commercial Description:
Brewed with the finest organic malts and hops, our IPA features a bright-minted copper color and a crisp, yet smooth hop bitterness. Pale and crystal malts come through with a malty caramel sweetness, balanced with aggressively clean burst of fresh hop flavor in the middle palate without lingering bitter astringency. A strong floral and citrus character from generous dryhopping blends with strawberry esters from our house yeast strain for an inviting and satiating aroma.

This beer is better than the ratings. It’s hops are slightly floral with a huge aftertaste. I don’t know why Organic Beer should taste worst than other beer but I haven’t found a really superb one yet. This one is good but not great.

Pours a nice copper-amber color with a thick creamy head that hangs on forever. Aroma is sweet and flowery, but with some bitter hops coming through. Flavor is good, not too over the top. Sweet caramel leading to slightly bitter hops. Hints of citrus. Nice dry finish. Nice IPA.

smells like chef boyardee beefaroni. I’m not kidding. After it burns in the pan for a while. The pour is slightly hazy brown orange. The mouthfeel, however is really excellent and the taste is a little burnt, maybe from the nose, and a pleasantly bitter aftertaste. This is some wierd stuff. not happy about the smell, but after a few I won’t notice. My buddy told me to buy organic, and now I realize why I never listen to him. I like the aftertaste tho! can i say it’s some weird stuff again? not really an IPA i don’t think......?

12 oz bottle. Pours orange with a small head that quickly disappears. Aroma and flavor is floral and citrus. Slight bitter finish with a sweet caramel malt taste. I must admit that I was not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprise. Not bad for an oganic IPA.

12 oz. glass bottle- color of light auburn, with a thin off white head - nose of hops, mild malt, and something that I do not know – taste of floral hops, pretty perfume, and some malt - body is silky, and with medium carbonation – aftertaste of floral hops, and some citrus

Aroma – Good deep Hops aroma with some slight aromatic florals.
Appearance – Deep golden amber color , clear and a nice head
Flavor – A good decent IPA flavor with some floral and slight malt background.
Palate – A nice easy to drink IPA with some nice flavors dry to the finish this was nice.
Overall –I like this IPA it was not over the top. It had the right amount ot hops and malts.

I guess i have came to expect more out of the IPAs that i drink and most just are not delivering. Pours out a cloudy coppery color with a meduim off white head. aroma is grainy with some hops to it. Flavor was thin and weak. not much hops to it. My wife liked this beer and she hates all beers that taste like anything but water. Doesnt say much for this beer.

Biscuity caramelized nose with a very slight touch of earthy hops. Sweet and malt forward palate with a slightly astringent bitterness.
