Apr 25, 2009 Bottle. Amber body. Bright, hoppy nose. Flavor is initially bready and sweet, with a subdued yet fulfilling citrusy hoppiness kicking in afterward. Bitterness lingers into the sticky sweet finish. Alcohol not very apparent for a 7% beer. Pretty tasty.

Pours a light amber copper color, decent half inch of thin off white head. Head lasts for a good long time and leaves plenty of lace. Mild aromas- light citrus and floral notes with nothing apparent in terms of malt sweetness. Flavor shows good balance- light citrus bitterness, floral hop flavor, light toasted caramel malt sweetness. Flavor grows on ya- somewhat disappointing at first, but moving into the "balanced IPA" realm, appreciation grows a bit. Palate impresses as well- smooth and full flavored with minimal aftertaste or heaviness. An IPA that grows on ya.

Apr 2, 2009 Clear bronze, fair white head. Dry malt and earthy hops in the distance. Mild and tasty, lingering earthy hops in the finish. Solid organic brew.

Mar 28, 2009 Consumed at 50 degrees. Very roasty, floral aroma with little semblance of hops. The flavor tastes very malty like a brown or amber. I’m not sure there is any hop character in this at all...at all. Get a new label and maybe we’ll try this again.

Mar 26, 2009 Bottle. Red copper gold highlight, transparent, thick creamy white top. Might have been sitting for \days in the fridge.
Smells like a double w/ caramel, butter, and blueberries. Tastes like a double, caramel, nuts, light rum, and brown sugar, light bitter mid point, lasting after taste, light body, smooth great summer beer.
