Commercial Description:
Brewed with the finest organic malts and hops, our IPA features a bright-minted copper color and a crisp, yet smooth hop bitterness. Pale and crystal malts come through with a malty caramel sweetness, balanced with aggressively clean burst of fresh hop flavor in the middle palate without lingering bitter astringency. A strong floral and citrus character from generous dryhopping blends with strawberry esters from our house yeast strain for an inviting and satiating aroma.

Orangew pour with taut white head. Aroma of citrus, Earth and resin. Some sweetness. Flavor is lightly bitter, spicey, earthiness. Light, floral hops at the back of the throat. Finish clean and dry. Solid for an organic ale.

Its an IPA. Its organic. Its bitter but finishes each sip smooth due to the strong floral hop profile. Not the most complex, but a good intro organic ale.

Poured a copper brown with a very small white head. Smells a bit floral and hoppy. The taste is ok, but there’s something missing. It has a decent amount of bitterness, some caramel and malt, but it’s a little off. Decent IPA but nothing special.

Bottle. Pours a transparent copper with a big, fluffy head. Aromas are extremely weak... a slight whiff of citrus and that’s it. Flavor is much better, but still a little on the thin side. Hops and malt both pick up steam here and drive toward a nice grapefruit bitterness in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Rich amber beer with a dark cream colored head. Light grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit flavor with malt and light darker malts backing. Some pininess comes through as well. Medium bodied. OK bitterness. Grapefruit and pine lingers with some malt and light earthiness.
