Mar 2, 2009 Bottle. Rich amber beer with a dark cream colored head. Light grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit flavor with malt and light darker malts backing. Some pininess comes through as well. Medium bodied. OK bitterness. Grapefruit and pine lingers with some malt and light earthiness.

Mar 2, 2009 Nice orange label and rust colored pour. Mellow hop and molasses fragrance. Pretty sharp and sprightly IPA. Dry, flavorful hops make up most of the mouthful. Pretty robust for an organic brew. Good stuff.

Feb 27, 2009 Pour a translucent red/gold, wiht a white head. Nose is citrus, hops. Flavor is citrus up front, with mild hops and bitterness to finish, fairly smooth drinkability. A fair IPA

Feb 17, 2009 Bottle pours a hazy copper orange color with a dense white head. Hoppy aroma of citrus and pine. Flavor has a mixture of sweet caramel malts and hop bitterness. Average when compared to most IPAs, but one of the better organic beers I’ve had.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange amber color with a rather large white head. Very small particulate matter in suspension. Clean citrus hops on the nose, backed with a fair amount of sweet malt. Medium body with a bit of alcohol. Good grapefruit bitter finish. I could do with a bit more body, but otherwise a pretty solid IPA.

Feb 11, 2009 Orange-copper body with a frothy wheat head that had good retention/lace. Aroma was balanced between citrus and sweet malt notes. Some grapefruit but not much. Flavor was well balanced and an over all easy to drink IPA. No strawberry esters like the commercial description mentions but oh well.

Feb 9, 2009 Good session IPA. Notes of citrus and pine throughout the aroma and flavor. Nice malt presence provides some sweetness to contrast the hops.

Feb 8, 2009 Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of grapefruit and Cascade hops. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw and grapefruit. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.
