Dark brown black beer with a thin head. Aroma is quite chocolatey with a lot of strange swetness through the middle. It’s kind of tart and sour but without being acidic (I know that makes no sense). Kind of a strange vegetal character through the middle. There is a sort of lactic acidity and a bit of sweetness. It smells okay, but it doesn’t actually work all that well. Smells better than it tastes.

Not a bad beer...especially being organic. Roasty, malty, and with some notes of chocolate. Definitely not as robust as others in the porter category. Dark mahogany pour with a creamy latte head...but a little thin.

Bottle. Rich dark toffee colored beer with a tan head. Light roast and caramel aroma. Caramel flavor with coffee, light roast, and backing hops. Medium bodied. Caramel and coffee linger.

Earthy, nutty roasty but light on the palate. Won’t fill you up, never lets you down.

#800. Pours a rich brown color with thick frothy head. Aroma is milk chocolate, mild roasted malt and some light vanilla. Taste is milk chocolate, roasted malt, light vanilla, and light chocolate milk. Finishes a bit sweet in the swallow, otherwise this was pretty tasty.

Brown with garnet highlights with a tan head. Aroma of sweet malt, milk sugar, chocolate and light roasted malts. Taste of roasted malt, chocolate, milk sugar and light alcohol. Mild sourness and astringency come through but overall a pretty decent porter.

Trade with After4ever, thanks Tom! It is black with a red hue and a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, light chocolate, pumpkin and a weird touch of chicory. The flavour has a light sweetness and a light roasted bitterness. It has notes of chocolate, coffee, licorice, light ashes and the finish has some citrussy hops, that gives a light bite in the very end.

A nice roasty porter. Good aroma of coffee and roasted malt. Flavor is quite roasted...with coffee and chocolate balancing the hop presence.
