A nice robust porter that pours rich black. Flavors are coffee, chocolate, and brown sugar.

An enjoyable if not memorable porter. This beer pours a brownish mahogany with a nice beige head. The aroma is a bit muted, in my opinion. There are notes of sugar cane, chocolate and some light hops. The flavor is a tad too sweet but quite satisfying. The mouthfeel is creamy and rich. It’s a very easy beer to drink. There’s quite a bit of flavor for the size of the beer.

Poured ultra dark brown with a short, almost brown head. The aroma was a lot of chocolate with some roasted malts and coffee. The flavor followed suit. The flavor managed not to fall apart into a slightly soured mess like sometimes happens. Pretty much medium in body. Suprisingly good.

This is one of the easiest drinking beers ah eber did hav. Poured with a nice foamy, frothy, off white to light tan head and good lace. Aroma is straightforward and so easy. And good. Great body and carbonation. Not too deep or anything. Jus good beer. And finish.

12 oz bottle via Spirits Lakewood. Poured a deep dark black body with an average to slightly large creamy beige head. Aroma was really nice with lots of roastiness, vanilla extract, chocolate, pudding, some burnt dark fruit as well. Body has a ton of bitterness on the end, a medium body and strong carbonation. Roasty flavor with some distinct fruitiness and then lots of burnt and tar notes. Aroma was simply great but the flavor drops off a bit and the roastiness becomes so forward that it’s a slight bit overpowering for an unexperienced palate.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Malty, with molasses and some strange herbal notes. The flavor has a slightly off malt sweetness. I can’t really put my finger on exactly what it is. Roasty finish. Not that bad.

Pours cola brown color with tan head. Aromas of toasted malts with lots of chocolate. Roasted malt and nutty flavors with a heavy dose of chocolate. Medium to full body with soft carbonation an a nice creamy mouthfeel.

Near-black, light tan bubbles coaxed, survive for a second, then no head. Light roast and dark fruit in the quite bland nose. Flavor is similar, a little more sweetness from some sugar and possibly chocolate, also hints of alcohol and off notes. Light body, short finish, rather sticky. Very bland, and so when the alcohol emerges, it really kills this one.
