Commercial Description:
This Doppelbock was made with traditional pale, Munich, and caramel malts. It has a very high alcohol content and is exceptionally well balanced with New Zealand Hallertau Hops. With its rich malty flavor and thick creamy head, it’s almost as enjoyable to look at this beer, as it is to drink it. – Almost! This scary strong version of the already potent German Doppelbock is sure to put a smile on any beer lover’s face.

Amber, big aroma and tastes of sweet malts and spice. Great overall balance for this big boy...tasted at the Celebrator 20th Anniv. party and it was one of my favorites...kept going back for more. Rich and full bodied dopplebock a bit beyond style in alcohol but I couldn’t discern that as bad.
