Bottle... Pours murky and pitch black with a small, creamy, light brown head. Good retention. The aroma is all about sweet chocolate, espresso and caramel with a mellow smoke phenol. Full-bodied and downright velvety-smooth with tingly carbonation. The flavor is sweet and of chocolate, espresso, caramel, ethanol and ethanal (acetaldehyde). Burnt, bitter notes enhance the malty sweetness instead of overpowering it. Chocolaty, pleasantly sweet finish. Cheers to CaptainCougar for floating this bomber in my direction!

Bottle. Muted malt profile w/ nice hop presence. Very drinkable. No noticable alcohol. Good, but not great.

Bottle: The aroma consists of chocolate, caramel, and moderate fruity notes. It pours a dark brown with some red highlights and a small beige head. The flavor starts with chocolate and caramel up front. There is some moderate fruitiness in the middle. The finish has some light roasted malt and minimal coffee. Medium-full bodied with a soft mouthfeel.

dark black pour w/ a thick tan head and good lacing w/ some beautiful reverse cascading carbonation. Rich malty aroma, alcohols, light chocolates, & grains make up an aroma that I found a little 1 dimensional. Palate is full & well coaated. Flavor is roast malts coccoa light coffee a dry wood like finish w/ hints of the alcohol. I enjoyed it.

22oz bottle shared courtesy of jasonmech77. Poured a dark, deep brown color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of roast, chocolate, latte, and caramel. Tastes of roast, espresso, chocolate, and a trace of dark fruits. Alcohol content well hidden. Not one of the top tier Imperial Stouts (more of a stout).

bomber, Nose was choclate and coffee, real nice. Smal brown head on a dark brown body. Taste is alcohol, licorice, sweet chcolate, and coffee. There was something unpleasnat in the end of this, and I found out what, I believe it is. The nitrogen bottle conditioning, not so great. That said, I liked this just not loved.

Flavor is roasted malt and coffee. Palate has a sharp and slightly bitter bite. Medium body. Alcohol is well hidden. A good IS. Thanks Ken.
