chriso (4683), London, Greater London, England Mar 27, 2009 At Buuzestove, Eernegem where it seems to be a house beer. Probably brewed at Strubbe or Deca, maybe a rebadge of another beer - the bar owner wasn’t being very forthcoming with details. I believe it was poured from a bottle but I wasn’t given the bottle, so I couldn’t examine it for clues regarding the provenance. Blondish orange colour, with a slight haze. Tight white head. Some yeasty notes in the aroma. Sharp fruit on the palate, with a gooseberry-like tang and more, slightly estery, yeast notes. Clean, fairly light mouthfeel.
