iammarc (177), Inverness, Scotland Jul 27, 2008 Bottle 50cl. Similar to other hefe-weizen beers, cloudy, yet a light body. Citrus tones and a good sharp aftertaste. Beer_Hawk (705), Murfreesboro, Tennessee, USA Jul 16, 2008 Bottle. Poured a hazy yellow. Banana and citrus aroma backed with light spices. The flavor follows the aroma much the same but with a light malt background. Light to medium body. A good Hefe. oldrtybastrd (1512), Morlautern, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany May 11, 2008 Pours a hazy golden yellow. Aromas of bread/grains/ and some citrus. Had a taste of yeasty grains with some spice and citrus. sk8viking (6077), Copenhagen, Denmark Jul 30, 2005 Bottle. 5.0% Hazy pale yellow colour with a huge white head. Wheaty light banana yeasty aroma and a wheaty light banana taste. Medium body and a light sweet finish. pobenohne (504), Northern Liberties, Pennsylvania, USA Mar 28, 2005 Again, checking the box for old times sake: drank cases of the hefe-weizen during junior year abroad. Maybe not as good as the best bavarian Hefe-weizens, but still an excellent example of one of my favorite styles. Best consumed in RheinNeckar area.
