| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jul 16, 2004 Deep golden color. The aroma is hoppy with vague floral notes. The flavor was too light by comparison to other German Pilseners. beastdog75 (337), Brick, New Jersey, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 7, 2004 Not the most exciting German pilsener out there. This one was a bit skunked, but still had some decent malt flavors. Grassy flavor, moderate bitterness and dryness. Similar to some Northern German pils (like Jever). | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 20, 2004 Yellow, white head. Clean, fresh aroma, which is amazing, given the green bottle. Thin but not watery mouthfeel. Citric and slightly piney hops flavor, and a crisp finish. Not bad. Baroque1977 (25), Southeastern, Massachusetts, USA

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jan 15, 2004 Had this and the Bitburger the same night. Got the same impression from both, so I'll simply repeat what I said about the Bitburger. Pale yellow body with a weak white head. Aroma was, er, well, beer. That's all I can say bout it. The flavor? Again, beer. Seemed like just a generic beer. Refreshing, good with food, but nothing remarkable.
