Bottle. [thank you, ChristianScheffel]
[at dedollewaitor’s Odense tasting]
Pours deep golden with a small creamy film head. Aroma is softly hopped, rather grassy. Okay mouthfeel. Flavour is quite metallic, light caramel and pilsner maltiness with a quite long, dry hoppy aftertaste.

Bottle. High creamy and lasting white head. Clear and beautiful golden cobber body. Hoppy grassy spicy aroma. Mild and yet spicy hoppy flavor with a nice dryness that stays for a long time in the aftertaste. Carbonation pleasantly low.

Typical golden-amber; thin white head; aroma of grain and sweet malt; flavor is great blend of sweet malt and dry graininess with a nice long bitter-sweet finish as hops come through in the end.

Pours a slightly hazy with vibrant carbonation. I think that this bottle is a little old providing it with a slight light struck cardboard. Deep golden color and a very malty aroma. Almost too malty. Very little noble hop aroma that would usually be associated with this style. I think they should ditch the green bottle and keep it out of the warm and light. I imagine this beer is much better when it is on tap instead of bottle conditioned. Be careful with the pour if you are in the U.S. you may end up with some unwanted protein in your glass.

Golden amber appearance with a small white head and light lacing. Fresh mown hay aroma dwindles after a bit. Moderately sweet, herbal taste; hoppier than expected; some spicyness. Light-to-medium bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel. Lingering finish was bitter and slightly sour.
