| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 15, 2008 Amber colored and fizzy. Definite maibock style, a bit peppery and malty. Medium bodied. Decent for the style, but lacking character. Tripplebrew (493), Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Mar 15, 2008 Pours a very clear amber with close to now head, just white lacing. Aroma is of a bit of honey and malts. Flavor is hops/malts with a touch of honeyed sweetness, beyond that it is pretty flavorless. Body is light-medium and carbonation is not extraordinary. 00cobraR (1098), Greensboro, North Carolina, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 6, 2008 On draught at Milltown. Poured into its own glass. I like that. Nose is sweet, slightly hoppy and bocky. Flavor is more of the same with that unmistakable German bock sweetness. I must say I am really not a fan of these beers, but I respect them. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 1, 2008 Beautiful warm amber with a huge, nice and creamy head. The aroma is hoppy, grassy and malty and the flavour has a light sweetness, notes of alcohol, grassy hops, malty caramel and a slightly dry, citrussy bitterness. It’s not as sweet as many Bock beers - and I like it!
