Bottle, pours a yellow to amber body with white head. Skunky aroma with a hint of malts. Medium bodied, somewhat smooth mouthfeel. Flavor was also skunky with some butterscotch.

Clear color with strong skunk aroma. The body was regrettably similar with a strong metallic undertone.

At Three cellars tasting. Skunky German smell prevalent and prevalent throughout tasting. Not a big fan of these types of beers.

Amber colored and fizzy. Definite maibock style, a bit peppery and malty. Medium bodied. Decent for the style, but lacking character.

Pours a very clear amber with close to now head, just white lacing. Aroma is of a bit of honey and malts. Flavor is hops/malts with a touch of honeyed sweetness, beyond that it is pretty flavorless. Body is light-medium and carbonation is not extraordinary.

On draught at Milltown. Poured into its own glass. I like that. Nose is sweet, slightly hoppy and bocky. Flavor is more of the same with that unmistakable German bock sweetness. I must say I am really not a fan of these beers, but I respect them.

Beautiful warm amber with a huge, nice and creamy head. The aroma is hoppy, grassy and malty and the flavour has a light sweetness, notes of alcohol, grassy hops, malty caramel and a slightly dry, citrussy bitterness. It’s not as sweet as many Bock beers - and I like it!
