Bottled Deep golden, firm white head. A faint grassy aroma. Really malty and rather sweet. Alco-feel.

Golden/amber, with an ok head. Malty, bready aroma with honey notes. Flavor is malty as well, with some bitterness and some alcohol. Peppery and spicy.

Good stuff. Poured light amber with thick white head. The head left a good lacing. Honey, caramel malts, white wine and gin and tonic dominated the taste. Well done.

Bottle: Light amber coloured, long lasting rocky head, beautiful big nose: honey and floral, fresh hops, small hints of alcohol in the back; taste dominated by aromatic hops, shy maltiness in the beginning, long lasting herbal, floral aromatic hoppiness in the aftertaste; very well balanced - a really good one, compared to many of bubble-gum-like Maibocks !

Great maibock, deep golden color with a very generous white head, nice lacing, malt in the very corner of the beer, it was in the nose, in the flavors, in the finish & in the aftertaste, just the way you want a maibock to taste, very well-balanced as well, great session beer, super maibock

Hearty but not overwhelmingly malty nose. Faint lemon notes with flour & very light brown sugar. Big malt/bock thing going on up front them maple, alcohol. Awsome body.

Amber on the pour. Decent head with lacing. Aroma is malt and spice. Flavor is very malty and some yeast. A hint of spice abounds. On the palate it is medium body and caramel. It has a little bit of bitterness that I didn’t exactly like. This beer was a disappointment as I was looking forward to my first bock of the spring and this one wasn’t what I hoped it would be.

Poured dark amber with a nice head and heavy lacing. Aroma is malt and spice. Flavor is malty with a light hops and alcohol finish. Very good beer.
