(Served from a 5l mini keg) The nose is mostly malty with a touch of honey. The head was very full, but it fell fast. The palate is smooth rounded and fairly hoppy. The finish is long malty and warm. I think this sample benefited from being in a can.

Slightly hazy deep golden color. Malt, spice, and fruit nose. RIch hoppy mid-palate with slight sweetness balancing it out. Refreshing tangy mouthfeel with a hoppier than expected finish.

Light orange in color with a bubbly head. Clean taste with a sweet caramel malt aroma and a touch of hops. Rich and malty flavors overall, combined with a toastiness and a slightly sweet, warm alcohol finish.

Brownish amber body, thin yet creamy white head. Nondescript light bready aroma. The flavor has toffee sweetness along with leafy bitterenss. Annoying solvent notes in the finish. Oxidized? Too much alcohol? Who knows, but this bottle didn’t impress.

What you would expect from a good, solid bock. Crisp and clean with a bready finish. Nice labels, not sure about the green bottles. Very good overall.

A good solid offering. Fresh off the tap, nice copper/amber hue, built head and clean finish. Not too sweet, not too heavy.

Clear copper with a big white head. Lightly skunked (green bottle), but some biscuity malts come through in the nose. Flavor is medium sweet, with bready/biscuity malts, caramel, and a light bitter finish.

The beer after separating from the 12 ounce green bottle set in the glass a translucent deep gold color, the head is portly in size, the texture semi-creamy, and the color a very light tan white with the residual lace a thick and clinging sheet to the glass. Nose is sweet malt, fresh and crisp to the senses, start is ambrosial, nice malt presence, the top is middling in its feel. Finish has a brisk acidity with a mild hops presence, very dry and lingering aftertaste, nice mild and drinkable beer.
