Nov 17, 2004 A clear caramel colored beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of spices, caramel, and hops. The flavor is very sweet and caramelic with notes of alcohol as well as hops in the end. The mouthfeel is sticky.

May 6, 2007 Bottled. Bronze colour, dense head. Aroma of buttery malt covered in grass. A wealth of sweet buttery malt,dried outby grassy hops. Potent and malt driven,soft and dense. Lingering bitter finish. Excellent bock!

May 26, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Bronze-golden with a nice but rather short-lived head. Full-bodied, slightly sweet - and then you’re hit by a sharp bitterness. The same brewery’s dark bock was always challenging you’re buds, but this is disappointingly one-dimensional. Still a nice beer, but far from excellent. 061099

Dec 14, 2007 33 cL bottle. Pours golden and clear, white diminished head. Mild malty aroma. Flavour is sweet malty, mild bitterness into the finish. Mellow and smooth mai bock. Fresh and nice.
