| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Mar 6, 2008 11.2oz bottle served in proper Einbecker glass. Interesting and unique tan-brown color with a decent head. The sweetness of the dark and caramel malt balances well with the bocky characteristics. Finish is pretty succinct, a little mild bitterness and not much lingering sweetness. A subtle and enjoyable beer, would love to have it fresh on tap. efrumtheidiot (190), Maryland, USA
