(330 ml bottle from Tully’s) A good, malty bock...Poured a darkish amber with a big off-white head. Fresh bread aroma along with a bit of honey and hay. Mouthfeel smooth and fairly full. Some sloppy lacing. Flavor is malty with notes of caramel, honey, sweet hay, bread and hint of smokiness. Lightly bitter finish. Really good - I wish these guys did a doppel.

Ruby colour with a nice head. Smokey, slight licoricy aroma. Sweet malt flavors finishing with some hop bitterness at finish. Nice palate.

Bottle 0.3L Pours amber gold with medium top. Quiet clean malted aroma, clean juicy nose. Good proper to Bock aroma. Medium bodied half dry malty base with light acidic woody touch. Gentle reminder of alcohol presence. Like Polish Mocne.

[bottle] Hazy amber/brown color, with a dense white head, leaving plenty of lacing on the glass. Nutty, malty aroma. Kind of sweet. Toasty, malt flavors with a slightly fruity background. Malts are dense, nutty and almost chewy on the palate. Bready yeast flavors in the end, finishing with a nice bitterness. Very nice stuff.

(Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm) Dark amber colour with ruby hints, firm beige head. Nose is malty and nutty with notes of dark fruit. Taste is malty with dark fruit (prunes, raisins), some toffee and a distinct, almost earthy, bitterness in the finish. Some fruity sweetness peeping through, but overall mainly dry. Long, hoppy finish, with some roasted, or burnt, notes. Medium to full body. Complex, bold and tasty stuff.

Bottle. Clear brown color, white head. Aroma is typical sweetish malts with some light floural hops, also a tiny hint of roast. Good malty aroma and taste. Medium bitterness.

A deep reddish brew with a sea-foamy head. Has a grassy, lightly fruit aroma. Very light syrupy taste covered by a short burst of a deep bitter bite. Bit of a spicy aftertaste. This is one I could drink regularly.

Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is sweet caramellish malts, alcohol and a bit dark fruits. Flavour is alcohol, weak roastiness, A decent Bockbeer.
