Bottle. Apperance; amber, clear with a nice offwhite head. Aroma; not much, sweet malt and a sence of hops. Flavor; much more, starting out with the malt, but gets more and more hoppy/fruity.

Nice red/brown clear color, pours a quickly disappearing white head. Malty, medium body with a hint of caramel and faint traces of coffee. Smooth finish. A pretty good, yet somehow average dunkel.

Dark clear amber pour with a white head. Toffee aroma. Same taste, a bit thin in the mouth. Finishes with roast.

33cl bottle poured into a dimpled mug. Medium amber brown with modest off-white head. Aroma is raisins, cherries, and alcohol. Flavor is the same. Medium finish is licorice and alcohol. Decent beer but not great by bock standards.

Pours dark reddish brown, bubbly white head. Aroma is fairly metallic, some nutty caramel malts underneath there. Flavours are faint roastiness, nuts and caramel, alcohol, and some earthiness. Fairly dry finish, lively carbonated, medium body. Nothing great.

Eminently drinkable beer with a lighter palate. One would think this beer would have a very popular appeal because it is so easy to drink.
