Deep chestnut colour. The bouquet is rather interesting: intense malty and fruity taste with light alcohol behind the malts and unexpected (at least for me) harsh hoppy aftertaste. Very good.

heavy sweet maly aroma, some fruit and nut notes; smooth malty, rich caramel flavors and bitter finish; strong alcoholic and creamy palate. Bold and flavorful, I like.

Dark copper colored pour, thin off-white head with a tad bit of lacing. Has a malty, wort-like aroma with a bit of nuttiness thrown in there. Solid Dunkel flavor, sweet and malty with some caramel accents and some nuttiness. Mouthfeel is just a bit thin, but does not ruin this one. Overall, a most decent beer.

Rusty brown color with red tints, slight head. Deep brown raisin bread aroma. Lots of maltiness here, molasses, spikes of spicyness, smokey hints. A firm and solid bock.

Light malty notes with buckweat honey. Some fruity hops. Clear red-amber with off-white lacing head. Medium chewy with light-medium carbonation. Starts medium sweet with light bitterness and no acidity. Finishes malty, with notes of cider and medium bitterness. Nutty light bitter after. Can detect bit of alcohol.

The beer after its departure from the green 11.2 ounce bottle sets in my Einbecker Bock glass a burnished copper color with a large tan head, which is semi-creamy in texture, the lace forms a thick curtain to drape the glass. Nose is sweet malt, caramel, and fresh, crisp, clean, you get the picture and or scent don’t you? Start is quite sweet, nice malt profile, top is moderate in feel with the finish benign in its acidity, the hops a plentiful and spicy, quite dry and lingering aftertaste, a drinkable brew tis’ true.

Nice amber brown color. I couldn’t really get into this beer. It wasn’t terrible, just an average beer.

Clean malty aroma, faint noble hop presence. Clear amber color. Same flavor as aroma - clean malt, slightly sweet, faint hop flavor. Medium full body. Nice cleanly malty beer, more hop presence than I expected, but not bad.
