Aroma is malt forward, munich roast with some creamy sweetness and low but noticeable noble hop flora. Appearance is clear gold with a well maintained white head. Flavor is sweet candilike malt forward with an almost orangey character and very low earthy bittering. Mouthfeel is medium-full bodied with a moderate carb texture and light syrupy character. Overall, a great beer for people that like candilike character, but no to the point where you can’t have more than one. Smaskifa (56), Oslo, Norway
