May 6, 2008 Pretty decent. I could drink a lot more of this. Some lighter dried fruits, a bit of caramel malt, slight toasted nuttiness. Finishes quite bitter, but clean, and drinkable.

May 1, 2008 Bottle. High white fluffy and lasting head. Clear amber body. Sweet and malty aroma with notes of berries, raspberries I guess. Somewhat dry and bitter roasted malt flavor with little carbonation and a long artertaste.

Apr 26, 2008 Pours a nice amber cooper color, with a thin tan head that disapates quickly. Aroma of yeast and toasted malt. Taste is roasted malt slight hopness.finish is slightly bitter.Nice Dunkler

Apr 16, 2008 pours into a light tannish head, smells of date and molasses. the malt profile is not as sweet as i would have expected, but there is not a pronounced hop flavor on the palate. very well balanced, complex bock, as to be expected from the birthplace of bock bier. an excellent drink!

Apr 6, 2008 Aroma with molasse, sweetness, malt and candy. Light brown color, foamy, quickly diminishing head. Flavor is malty, caramelic, light fruity and quite bitter. Burnt malt bitterness and bitter hops are present in the taste. Dry, bitter and long finish, well balanced. Well made, hoppy bock.
