Bottle. Ok appearance with small to average foamy white head that was quickly goon. Color was slightly golden yellow with a clear sparkling look. Aroma was at the beginning very hay, straw, grain with light notes of caramel, and some hops. But as the beer warmed up a bit, it became more balanced with the more notes of sweetness appearing. Light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Light dry texture and a well balanced bitter sweet flavor. Nice sweet finish.

Golden welcoming appearance and a strong but not overpowering alcohol presence. Slightly bitter but very clean and well balanced. A classy Bock.

33cL bottle, thanks DerDoppelbock! Light golden color, crystal clear. The aroma is malty with some hops. The flavor is pretty bitter! I wasn’t expecting that but it is delicious. The alcohol is definitely there as well but it is very clean and drinkable. The finish is fairly bitter and the body is medium. Delicious beer.
