Aroma is quite refreshing with lots of hops and malt. Taste is filled with spicey notes such as aniseed. Some hops and fresh fruity notes can be found in there aswell as some caramellmalt. Smell is sweet, jam honey dark fruit and alcohol. Flavour is rich alcohol, malt, jam, honey and a lingering presence of hops at the end. Mouthfeel is lively, crisp with small bubbles. A very good doppelbock I like it.
