Pours a nice red color with a mediumsized head. Aroma is quite refreshing with lots of hops and malt. Taste is filled with spicey notes such as aniseed. Some hops and fresh fruity notes can be found in there aswell as some caramellmalt.

Reddish colour, liquid is clear, small off-white head. Smell is sweet, jam honey dark fruit and alcohol. Flavour is rich alcohol, malt, jam, honey and a lingering presence of hops at the end. Mouthfeel is lively, crisp with small bubbles. A very good doppelbock I like it. Serving type: bottle

Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours amber with little head. The beer wasn’t bad, but so dull that my notes ended with appearance...

Bottled. Orange-brown, almost no head. Aroma of dough, grain and raisin. Sweet with chewy mouthfeel and medium to full body. The full, almost dusty flavour of raisin and dough remains unril a salty finish with some warming alcohol.
