Bottled (thanks omhper). Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. ASroma is caramel malts, some bready notes. Flavour is caramel malts, some sweet grains and also a wee bit of alcohol. Pleasant and wellbalanced. Rather nutty notes as it warms up.

(Bottle) Pours copper/reddish brown with a small sand colored head. The aroma holds juicy rye bread up front from the malt with undertones of herbal, grassy bitter hops, medium sweet caramel/burned sugar, nut shells and a tiny touch of dried fruits/dried apricots. The nose is a bit too clean/dead for my liking. The flavour is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with notes of herbs, light grass, rye bread, nuts, caramel and burned sugar alongside hints of dried fruits. Medium spicy/grassy afterbitterness. The mouthfeel is clean, creamy and round with a soft carbonation. Medium bodied. Nice malt flavour profile but I like my Bocks even more malty. 6/4/7/4/13 Re-rate (Bottle) Pours orange red to brown with a small head. The aroma is of dark juicy rye bread and mild caramel-like malt. Undertones of dried fruits, fudge, dough, grass, herbs, earth and maybe some citrus. The flavour is light to medium sweet and near medium bitter with tones of bread, dry caramel, nuts, herbs, grass, earth and dark fruits. The mouthfeel is malty round with a clear hop bitter finish. Medium bodied. I like the Bock-like maltiness but the texture and “fatness” is not 100%.

Bottle. Red/brown colour with a beige head. Malty aroma with notes of caramel, nuts, toffee, and lightly toastiness. Taste of sweet malt, nuts, caramel, sweet fruit, toffee, alcohol. Sweet and sticky. I find it a bit hard to appriciate this beer style.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours a clear reddish amber with a rough beige head. Sweetish, malty and caramellish nose. Quite full-bodied, sweetish roasted malt, burned caramel and plenty of pumpernickel accents. Not much bitterness in the finish. Solid. 090209

Bottle, thanks pivnizub. Sweet caramel aroma with a light grassy and herbal bitterness to it. Red amber, busy pearls, golden cream. Light initial roast, berries, honey, a hint peach. Chewy, light sticky mouthfeel. Alcoholic fruits in the aftertaste.

Pours dark brown with off-white mostly lasting head with some lacing. Roasted matliness in nose and a full body with almost creamy maltiness with a long lasting sweet aftertase.

Bottle in IC-train going to Kolding - thanks Jørgen. Clear red/brown - offwhite head. Sweetness, ryebread, toasted, berries, light smokey notes, caramel, dried fruits, not much hops. Nice clean.

Burnt caramel colour with a nice head that vanishes rapidly. Aroma of dusty caramel, with a hint of cola and a bit of alcohol. Flavour is dominated by caramel, with nuts and honey, and is quite sweet but still nice. I’d say it’s too sweet but it still manages to pull it off rather nicely. Too sweet but not objectionably so?
