Bottled:
Beautiful dark reddish amber. Creamy, but short lived head. Fat, sweet malt on the nose. Sweet malty flavour with notes of raisins, currants, toffee and hazel nuts. Warming alcohol finish. Well balanced and tasty.

Reddish colour, liquid is clear, small off-white head. Smell is sweet, jam honey dark fruit and alcohol. Flavour is rich alcohol, malt, jam, honey and a lingering presence of hops at the end. Mouthfeel is lively, crisp with small bubbles. A very good doppelbock I like it. Serving type: bottle

Bottle (33 cl) from Systembolaget. Clear mahogny to copper, with a creamy but fairly brief beige head. Toffeish malt aroma with some nutty features and earthy hops. Medium bodied and very smooth. Well balanced with a moderate bitterness. My favourite Einbecker so far.

Pours dark brown with off-white mostly lasting head with some lacing. Roasted matliness in nose and a full body with almost creamy maltiness with a long lasting sweet aftertase.

Bottled. Pours out in a clear reddish amber with a low firm off-white foam. Rich malty aroma of fudge, burnt sugar, mild caramel and earth. Medium to full-bodied with notes of fudge, nuts, burnt sugar, anise and careml with hints of spicy and earthy hops. Long solid malty finish of caramel, fudge and spicy hops.
