Smell is sweet, jam honey dark fruit and alcohol. Flavour is rich alcohol, malt, jam, honey and a lingering presence of hops at the end. Mouthfeel is lively, crisp with small bubbles. A very good doppelbock I like it.

Rich malty aroma of fudge, burnt sugar, mild caramel and earth. Medium to full-bodied with notes of fudge, nuts, burnt sugar, anise and careml with hints of spicy and earthy hops. Long solid malty finish of caramel, fudge and spicy hops.
