Pours a very dark brown with a slight reddish tint and a big soda head that fizzes itself completely away like a cola. Big grassy dark roasted munich malt aroma. Light flavor, faint dark roast, faintly sweet toffee, hint of grass, very subtle dunkel flavor that avoids being too cloying or grassy. Palate is identical to soda, explosive fizzy carbonation, med/light bodied. Strange beer.

12oz bottle. Brown-black color with a small frothy head. Lots of roasty chocolate flavor and aroma, while remaining pretty light and smooth on the palate. Not unlike a Porter. Some mild hop balance. Overall a pretty good beer, extraordinary by South American standards.

Two words, Smokey caramel. Flavor has lots of smoked roast. smoked pork roasted on banana leaves. Lots of grainy malt character, some chocolate in the finish, pine hop. Fermented Malta.

Looked alright in the glass even smelled ok. Dark brown body with a light tan head. Some chocolate in the nose also some roasted notes. Smooth taste, mainly malts, caramel even vague hints of smoke, better than some of the other Eisenbahns I have tried.

Pours a dark brown with a foamy head that is gone quickly. Light roasted caramel malt and coffee aroma. Similar roasty flavor with some chocolate and yeast. A good, though not fantistic brew.
