Flavors of grain, caramel and malts. Has the charcateristic German lager flavor, nicely done like all the beers I had from this brewery. This beer works well with Mexican dishes I might add. Tastes dark malty, with grainy cereal notes, plus figs, late hops, raisins, nuts, and a medium palate heft.
