Apr 20, 2004 Bottled. Dark ruby. Rich coffee aroma. Very roasty with loads of chocoalte, medium sweet and quite soft. Some bitterness rounds of this really well made dunkel.

Aug 29, 2007 Bottled. Dark ruby colour, mediumsized beigeish brown coloured head. Aroma is roasted malts doubled, with also some caramel, chocolate and coffee. Flavour is roasted malts along with slight smoked notes. A lot of caramel also kicking in the flavour.

Bottle at GBBF. Dark chestnut colour with a head that fell pretty quickly. Smoky sweet malt and a little fatty. Slightly oily and a bit of caramel. Authentic dunkel but nothing too special.
