RBSG 2007. Dark brown color with no head. Moderately malty aroma, and a bit of chocolate. Slightly smoky taste with a hit of sweet malt and chocolate. Almost tastes a bit salty. Not bad at all.

Thin light brown head which dissipates quickly. Smokey aroma with some charred steak, roasted grains and a bit of cocoa. Color is a very dark brown. Smokey flavor with soy sauce, carbon and a some dark roasty flavors. Lite coffee. Little bit sweet with a good amount of flavor. Lingering smokeyness. Better than I expected.

12oz bottle batch 17. Good roasted nut aroma with some sweetness on the nose. Blackbody with a redtynt and thin dark tan head. Good roasted nut and some chcoclate in the mix. Had a cola carbination to it that bought out some sweeetener. Easy on the palate with moderate bittering good beer.

Bottle (12oz). Very deep ruby pour, average frothy off-white head. Dry leafy aroma, generic roast, a hint of peat and cocoa. Tastes like a nice light mild - no alcohol, roast coffee bean and cocoa, dry bitterness to even it out. Average body, silky, somewaht still, dry roasty finish. I like it - sessionable.
