Bottled. Poured the color of a yellow piss with a white head. Aroma is very plain, some malt, with slight hints of bread and skunk. Flavor was a generic bready malt.

Bottle from State Line. Clear medium gold color, with pale malt, hop, and apricotty aroma and flavor and a fairly complex flavor profile for this style. Not too shabby.

Pours a clear deep bronze with a small, wispy-lacing froth of white head. Aroma of slightly toasty pale German malt and a touch of fruity esters. Body starts with a nice, light malty sweetness, some papery notes, and a slightly doughy yeasty balance toward a crisp, very drinkable finish. Pretty true to style and enjoyable.

Wow, this was a very poor attempt at a style im very fond of. Poured as a fizzy brass color with no head development and just looked fake from the start. Had a slight yeast aroma but bottom line was it was weak and lacking substance. The flavor lacked personality and was dull and bland with no real worthy notes besides it was fizzy and had some minor malt to give it juice to hang as actual beer instead of carbonate alcohol water.

Bottle. Bright gold with no head. Aromas are soap with sweet grain. Some citrus with herbal spicy notes. Flavours are sweet grain with herbal floral notes. Has a clean, dry finish.

Bottle (Batch No. 09). Sweetish, bready, and slightly floral pale malt aroma, rush of air and visible carbonation in a clear golden body with a soapy off-white head. Really very sharp, crisp attack from a light body; slightly sweet taste and watery malt with light floral notes and a bready aftertaste. Touch of toffee-ish earth. Not a lot of taste here, and though the effort has been made and the craftsmanship shows, this just isn’t really worth the go.
