Pours bright gold into a shaker. Bright white micro head with excellent retention leaves slight lacing. Sour malt aromas. Crisp and carbonated with caramel from front-to-back. Abrupt, clean finish.

12 ounce bottle. Golden with a thin head. Aroma -- faint, perhaps a hint of grain. Flavor of light sweet malt, fruity and bready with hint of wheat.

12oz bottle. Pale tan-orange color, transparent. Sweet sugary malt aroma. Taste is sweet and malty, a little more full bodied than most Kolschs. In it’s defense there is nothing on the bottle that would indicate that this is anything but a Brazilian Golden Ale. Fruity finish with a nice crisp hop balance. A very nice session beer.

mild nose of candy sugar. thin filmy head reduces to near nothing. Dark apple juice in color. Delicate, dry, quenching. A bit toasty and cookie-ish. Nice although seemingly on the edge of a kolsch style.

Some type of fusion style between Belgian ale and Kolsch. It has Belgian yeast in the aroma, but flavor is clearly of a German lager. Dark gold color and sweet malt flavor. Smooth, full mouthfeel.

Yellow with a medium sized, disappearing head. Malty aroma, with the slightest hint of lemon. Dry and malty with just the right peppery finish. As good as the best German kölsch
