Commercial Description:
Eisenbahn Lust is the first beer in Brazil produced by the "champnoise" method. After the normal fermentation and maturation in the brewery, the liquid is sent to a winery, where it stays for three months and passes by the traditional process of champagne production. It has fruit aroma and refreshing flavor. Presents fine and plentiful "perlage". It is ideal as appetizer and for pairing with dessert and great celebrations!

Bottle drunk at Chris_o’s HogTownHarry meet up. Golden beer with floaters in suspension. Thick white head. Saisony aroma. NIce nose. Bit sickly cos of alcohol. No burn on aroma. I can quite easily say this is the best Brazilian beer I’ve had. Cool. Bit sweet and sickly on end.

Bright amber with a large but weak head. Yeast, peachy, footy nose is actually not dissimiliar to Saison Dupont. Sweetish and a bit plasticy. Body is really heavy. Strong alcohol signature. Complex, oddball brew with somewhat stodgy malts, funky footy yeast notes and quite a bit of alcohol. Like someone took a mediocre underfermented new world tripel and sexed it up by finishing with champagne yeast.

Deep gold/amber topped by a huge, growing blob of off white foam that eventually settles to a creamy, 2cm cap. Aroma of dusty, airy yeast, rich candy sweetness, old grains, and subtle light fruits. Flavor of rich, sweet, bready malt, past ripe light fruits, same yeast toned down a bit, smooth. Medium/full body, foamy yet creamy, soft. Aroma could use some improvement, the rest is pretty good.

Bottle shared at CapFlu’s tasting after GCBF. The last beer of a long day. Great long lasting champagne head. Bubbly gold beer. Aroma of funk and yeast. Golden ale with a bit of the funk from the nose. Good night!

Very slight chill haze, really just an illusion from a slight yeast cloudiness and vigorous, relentless carbonation. The rising bubbles support an expanding, frothy, cavernous white head that fills the glass and spills over. Very slow descension leaves behind a rocky, cavernous head and gorgeous thick lacing. An easy 5 for appearance, a rare carefree decision. The aroma is incredibly yeasty and lightly tart, noticeably acidic and flowery as well. Champagne yeast is the defining trait of the nose, but it it stale and musty, elegance subdued. Mandarin orange and hints of grapefruit(sweetened) and tangelo, dusty grape juice. Alcohol is full but certainly could be more caustic considering the high amount present, nicely integrated. The flavor is moderately tart, nearing medium high levels initially. There is no intrusive sourness, but tart farmy yeast character is the all-too-obvious result of a yeast confliction. It is apparent that the beer should have aged longer before the Methode Champenosie was employed. Due to this forced output, yeastiness is abundant and any elegance expected is negated. Sweetness is medium to medium-high, acidity medium-low, bitterness very low. The finish is where most of the tartness expresses it self, fruit notes epanding on the palate, alcohol warming slowly and ever so slightly. The mouthfeel is heavily carbonated, sticky, very smooth and medium-full bodied, weighty. This is a far cry from Bosteels Deus, my standard for this new breed of experimentation.

Pours a bubbly, glowing hazy orange with a huge, foamy light tan head. Well-retained and fizzy. Very citric aroma, good amount of funk, a little yeast, maybe some floralness to it as well. Of course the flavor is big on the carbonation as expected. Good dose of malts, sweet spices, and sweet citrus fruits. Fairly thick on the palate, almost sticky. The malts are pretty huge throughout the experience. The alcohol was there, but definitely wasnt huge. Maybe was masked by the carbonation some. I enjoyed it.

A very tasty head. The beer itself has just a hint too much dominant alcohol Effervescent and strong, the is pretty decent and has a fantastic head.

Bottle. Muddy amber coloration, with a enormous white head, dense and consistent. Very high carbonation. Citric and floral, with notes of grape. Very well inserted alcohol. Excellent beer......................PORTUGUÊS: Coloração âmbar, com um enorme e lindo "perlage" branco. Carbonatação muito alta. Aroma cítrico e floral, com notas de uvas verdes. Álcool presente, mas muito bem inserido. Excelente!!!
