After that cork popped this overflowed with a huge fizzy white head. Nose is citrus, grain, some herbal hops, yeast and really sweet. Along with the sweetness the alcohol begins poking out as the head slides down. Sweet malty grain flavors with more of that alcohol. It doesn’t taste 11.5% but it sure tastes as if there is too much booze here. The malt is too weak to back up all that alcohol and the faint herbal and grassy hops, aren’t very effective either. drewbeerme (2282), Chicago, Illinois, USA

I think they have labeled this beer incorrectly, is more like a tripel. Pours nicely, very bubbly, however, unlike champagne the head is persistent. Yeast aroma, flavor is sweet, and alcohol is well hidden. ghawener (963), San Salvador, El Salvador
