Commercial Description:
Eisenbahn Lust is the first beer in Brazil produced by the "champnoise" method. After the normal fermentation and maturation in the brewery, the liquid is sent to a winery, where it stays for three months and passes by the traditional process of champagne production. It has fruit aroma and refreshing flavor. Presents fine and plentiful "perlage". It is ideal as appetizer and for pairing with dessert and great celebrations!

Bottled. A dark golden beer with some sediment floating around under a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, oranges, and peaches, as well as a light acidity. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of yeast, as well as light notes of smoke, alcohol, and over ripe peaches, leading to a dry finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of SoLan. Slightly hazy golden with a tall and very bubbly off-white head that dissipates rather quickly. Aroma of sweet fruit and yeast. Quite full-bodied with a bubbly mouthfeel from the heavy carbonation. Very sweet fruit and a rather weird but distinct smoky flavour. Subdued bitterness. 190608

Bright amber with a large but weak head. Yeast, peachy, footy nose is actually not dissimiliar to Saison Dupont. Sweetish and a bit plasticy. Body is really heavy. Strong alcohol signature. Complex, oddball brew with somewhat stodgy malts, funky footy yeast notes and quite a bit of alcohol. Like someone took a mediocre underfermented new world tripel and sexed it up by finishing with champagne yeast.
